Conditions

1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Büschlen Bikesport & more to consumers (§ 13 BGB).

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.

3.2 By clicking the "Buy" button in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.


4. Text of the contract
The text of the contract is stored on our internal systems. You can view the General Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. The order data and the terms and conditions will be sent to you by email. After completing the order, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.


5. Right of Withdrawal
Terms of Service

We deliver to individuals in Switzerland against prepayment or credit/debit card payments.


Delivery:

If your items can be delivered immediately, they will be sent 1 - 5 days after ordering. Shipping costs Flat rate CHF 7.- From CHF 300.- Free shipping. FREE pickup in store.

The customer bears the transport risk when the goods leave our shop. If the delivery is damaged during transport, we recommend that the transport company or the post office draw up a log and inform us within 3 working days.

Errors (typos), changes in price and assortment as well as changes in these terms of delivery are reserved at all times

All image rights belong to Büschlen Bikesport & more or its partners. Use without express permission is prohibited.



Returns:

Please send returns to us within 10 days, stating the reason! 

Send back the goods with the accompanying slip or copy of the invoice in the original packaging and in perfect condition within 10 days of receipt of the shipment, postage paid! This only applies to goods that are not embossed, engraved, custom-made, embroidered or used!

If you cannot return or hand over the goods received, or only partially, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value in this respect.

Please always enclose the delivery note/copy of the invoice so that we can credit your returns immediately. For the reimbursement we also need your bank details. (IBAN number, account holder and exact address) You can write this down directly on the delivery note. As proof of the timely return, please keep the receipt that you received free of charge from the post office when you handed in the package. In the event of a package loss, your return can only be credited upon presentation of this receipt. To meet the deadline, the timely dispatch of the items with the goods receipt is sufficient:

6. Prices and shipping costs
6.1 The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.


7. Delivery
7.1 Deliveries are only made within Switzerland.

7.2 Information on delivery times can be found on the respective product page.


8. Payment
8.1 Payment can be made either by bank transfer or credit/debit cards.

8.2 If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

8.3 You only have the right to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court or are undisputed or have been recognized by us in writing.

8.4 You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.


9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
